If you ordered online and selected the “In Store Pick Up” option call 844 417 4337 to schedule your pick up time.

Shipping Domestic

We ship within 3-5 business days within all 50 states.

Product availability, holidays, weather and other circumstances may affect our delivery schedule, we guarantee delivery to the address provided, please make sure the information entered is correct. We do not deliver to a P.O Box. It is our customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of shipping details provided.

Shipping International

We do not ship International at the moment.

Can I return my order?
No. Because our products are consumed and perishable, it is our policy that products should never be returned to Sun Raised Foods – except where specifically requested by Sun Raised Foods . Sun Raised Foods does not accept unauthorized returns. In the event you ship an unauthorized return back to Sun Raised Foods , Sun Raised Foods is not responsible for refunding any of the shipping costs associated with unauthorized return.  

Can I get a refund or replacement?
Sun Raised Foods is confident our meats and prepared foods are the best tasting, highest quality you'll find, and backs every sunraisedfoods.com purchase with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Contact Us within 5 days of receipt and we will refund your full purchase price and/or issue a replacement.  

Are there any restrictions on refunds or replacements?
Yes.
1. Refunds will be given in the same amount and issued to the same form as payment that was made on the original order.
2. Refunds cannot be given to purchases of Sun Raised Foods online gift certificates.
3. Refunds ONLY apply to purchases made at sunraisedfoods.com, and NOT those where Sun Raised Foods products are purchased through any of our retailer partners.

In the case of orders placed at the Sun Raised Foods website, Sun Raised Foods does not issue refunds or replacements if:
1. The order is unable to be delivered and/or arrives late due to: incorrect, invalid or incomplete addresses entered by the consumer.
2. Delivery problems are specifically caused by the shipping company.
3. Delivery is delayed or affected by weather and/or acts of god.
4. Products are improperly handled/stored after being successfully delivered.
5. A delivery/shipment is refused by the recipient and/or returned to D’Artagnan without authorization.  

Can I Cancel my order?

You may cancel an online order (except Sun Raised Foods online gift certificates), provided you notify Sun Raised Foods by 5pm (ET), THREE business days before the scheduled delivery date. (Example: For an order with a Tuesday delivery date, Sun Raised Foods would need to be notified by the previous Thursday.)

In the event your cancellation request is made within THREE business days before the scheduled delivery date (Example: Your cancellation request is sent on the same day the order was placed), Sun Raised Foods will do all we can do to honor your request but if the order has already been packed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Can I add or remove items to my order?
No, Removing items will change the amount to be charged, along with shipping costs, so changing your order will usually always require cancelling the entire original order and placing a new order.  You can do this by contacting us before the order is packed and shipped
