On June 29th we hosted a Farm to Table lamb dinner at Gilde Brewery. Chef Brandon Bost created charcuterie board with our Award Winning lamb salami with house made German mustard and rye bread. Next, we enjoyed a lamb gyro with ground lamb with tzatzki sauce. Next we had a braised boneless lamb shoulder with potatoes, peas and carrots. The event was a huge success thanks to all the hard work from the team at Gilde and our wonderful customers!
