Our Lamb loins are cut into 1.25” thick chops, and they’re meatier than their delicate rack chop counterparts. One order provides 6 loin chops (you receive 3 packs of 2 Loin chops). Like rack chops, though, the meat is tender, making them well-suited to high-heat cooking methods like searing, broiling, or grilling.

Why Sun Raised Foods Lamb?

Sun Raised Foods lamb is raised on the green pastures of North Carolina solar farms, protected from the stress of predators, and sheltered from the summer heat and winter rain. Our farms are Animal Welfare Approved (AWA) meaning the animals are individually cared for and raised outside on a diverse mix of native grass. No antibiotics, hormones or toxic chemicals are used on our lamb or their pastures.  The result is lamb that is healthier, high in omega 3 fatty acids and essential amino acids, resulting in a tender meat with a wonderful flavor.
